Corporate Profile
As a corporate learning consultant and trainer, I advise organisations worldwide. With over 20 years of experience, I conduct in-house seminars and web-based courses on all topics related to TVET and cooperation within companies.
My seminars and workshops are based on action-oriented methods and teaching techniques such as group work and simulations, and I also remain true to these principles in the web-based courses. My approach to conveying complex issues is focused on ensuring that participants can immediately apply what they have learned to their work, starting from day one.
In addition to company training, I offer access to the COLCONS Academy so that learners can continue learning independently. I support companies in planning and creating their learning management systems. I want to ensure that companies benefit from high-quality training because qualified professionals make every company competitive and more interesting for new customers.
I promote the idea that education is the only way to give youth a future. In many countries, it has been recognised that combining theoretical teaching in vocational schools and direct application in the workplace leads to faster and more sustainable results than a university lecture hall ever could.
Working with various organisations such as the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad and the GIZ, I have trained company trainers worldwide in English or with simultaneous interpreters. To facilitate the establishment of dual vocational training systems, I provide examiner training and customise training regulations to conform to local conditions.
Overall, my approach to in-company training is practical and action-oriented. I strive to create sustainable benefits for organisations and individuals by providing effective training and learning management systems.
