We have established a new language training institute to provide high quality German language and cultural training to prepare candidates for the demands of the German skills market. We are engaging local trainers to fill the training gap. In India, we have an extensive network across multiple cities and can help German training institutes meet their requirements as well as help recruitment agencies identify qualified candidates for employment. Steinbeis works with various partners to meet the requirements of companies seeking candidates in almost all key areas.
About the company
The Steinbeis India office is part of the Steinbeis Foundation network based in Stuttgart, Germany. It primarily focuses on knowledge transfer, know-how transfer, skill upgradation and bridging the skill gap. In terms of skills, the India office has been providing skilled training programmes in various sectors in association with various government agencies for the Indian companies. In order to meet the challenges of the Indian market, Steinbeis has customised the delivery of the skill training programmes to meet the Indian requirements while maintaining the German standard.
