Successful education export - IHK certificates awarded in Istanbul

Five female employees from the defacto-ServiceCenters in Istanbul have completed the qualification course for "Communication Coach IHK", the concept of which was developed in co-operation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) of the Saarland and the CCAkademie Saarland GmbH.

Most of the participants are Turkish by origin, yet grew up in Germany; they are responsible for employee development and quality assurance at various businesses in Istanbul.

Over a course of altogether five months, the participants received intensive training for their future job as a coach. In conclusion, the course participants proved their skills and knowledge both by way of a written IHK final examination and in assessed coaching sessions. They all passed with excellent results.

The certificate award ceremony took place at the summer residence of the German Consulate in Istanbul in co-operation with the Istanbul-based German Chamber of Commerce Abroad.
