Germany's leading company in the print media industry informs about vocational qualifications at its training centre in Wiesloch-Walldorf.
For the 11th time, Heidelberg has invited all interested students, parents and teachers to learn about the company's high-quality training concepts which have been awarded many prizes. Visitors had extensive opportunities to talk with trainees and instructors.
Heidelberg offers vocational training in various jobs for several hundred young people each year. At Heidelberg all trainees are integrated in the work process and work closely with the experts in charge. Periodic talks with instructors about the personal development of each trainee and about learning targets constitute a central measure of Heidelberg's vocational training.
Heidelberg fosters close contacts with schools and universities in order to coordinate mutual requirements. The company also offers a platform for training cooperations with other local companies.
