361,000 young German people receive more financial support in the context of their apprenticeship. These funds are for apprentices who do not earn enough or whose parents do not earn enough to make a living. The increase of the funds adds up to 30.7 million euros.
125,000 of the appretices undergo classical vocational training and 62,000 take part in training measures to prepare them for a job. 78,000 receive training funds for young people with disabilities, 20,000 are participants of an in-company entry qualification, and 77,000 receive external vocational training.
