Volkswagen Coaching and the University of Kassel cooperate

The German company Volkswagen Coaching has started a project to increase the number of training opportunities for under-performing youths with the help of educational measures for SMEs.

The project aims at supporting enterprises to offer apprenticeships to under-performing youths. Often enterprises hesitate of offer apprenticeships to low-achieving young people because they lack experience in dealing with them.

Volkswagen Coaching cooperates with the Institute for Vocational Training at the University of Kassel in order to evaluate the results of the project. The measures are funded by the state of Hesse, by the European Social Fund and by the Federal Employment Agency.
