Many new professions with bright prospects are still unknown among German employees, as illustrated in a current Forsa survey by the Berlin University for Professional Studies.
According to the survey, only one in ten knows what a "Compliance-Officer" does, although they are experts in demand with good income perspectives. Only every fifth to seventh person knows about the tasks of lobbyists, education-controllers and pharma-managers. After all, half of the interviewees think they know the assignments of a security manager.
Many professions did not yet exist when today's employees were trained. Continuing training does not only qualify for promotion but also helps to position oneself on the job market.
