Chinese delegation visits vocational school

A Chinese delegation from Huangshi, led by the mayor, Yang Xiaobo, visited the Erich-Hauser-Gewerbeschule in Rottweil, Baden-Wuerttemberg to gather information about the German dual system of vocational education and training.

The headmaster of the school, Johannes Binder organised a guided tour of the school grounds and explained the different training opportunities at the Berufsschule, Berufsfachschule and the technical Gymnasium. The Chinese delegates were especially impressed by the active cooperation between local business and school. Another main focus of interest was the modern and high-quality school equipment, highlighted by the Mercedes-Benz S-Class as an object for demonstration and training purposes.
