We have been qualifying instructors in a wide range of fields for many years. We have years of knowledge centering on instruction processes at our disposal:
- Instructor marketing - approaching suitable apprentices

We support companies that have chosen the German instruction model in all planning and organizing steps and we offer valuable help through thoughtful courses, workshops, and seminars.
We can also provide the content of the instruction and carry out numerous courses dealing with commercial and technical instruction topics and schooling for soft skills.
Using an assessment of needs for strategic planning including an analysis of costs and benefits, we determine the actual state in order to plan and implement a target state.
