Corporate Profile

The Institute for Vocational Education and Training Niedersachsen e.V. cooperates with the Chinese and German vocational schools and partners with the main focus of promoting the training of qualified specialists who are urgently needed, especially by German companies cooperating with companies in China. Furthermore, the institute supports with its German expertise the development of structures for vocational training based on a dual studying model.

Since its inception, the institute has maintained contacts with partner organizations in Germany and China. One of his priority tasks is the sustainable development of VET processes for the creation of experts and the localization of VET in a dual studying model.

Through the organization and implementation of training courses for the development of modern vocational training processes, as well as seminars and workshops on the development and promotion of vocational training, the institute supports processes for improving the career prospects of young people.

The topics of business and work-oriented modern didactics and methodology, modern technology, development, and learning in practise are in the foreground.

Furthermore, the institute promotes the cultural and scientific exchange between Germany and China. It supports government organizations (such as vocational schools, municipal administrations) in the organization and implementation of exchange programs of pupils, students, and teachers.

The partners of the institute are state educational institutions and professional institutions.
