Corporate Profile

Our services are provided primarily to adults who cannot continue their former profession/work because of a restriction to their health, for example as a permanent result of an illness or an accident. This includes young people with a disability who need help in successfully completing a first vocational training. Additionally we offer our services to people who have to find a new profession because of other reasons, e.g. changes in the labour market economic reasons.

Cooperation partners abroad

In partnership with GBB Gesellschaft für Bildung und Beruf e.V. Germany and Zhejiang Zhehua Qingde Education and Training Co. Ltd, BFW Hamm was instructed to develop a training programme for teachers of vocational schools in Henan, China. From November 2017 to February 2018 about 30 of these teachers were informed and instructed in the field of vocational training for mechatronics technicians. The aim is to demonstrate the German system of vocational training with its dual system. The participants had the opportunity to expand their competences in vocational and social education and were prepared for planning and carrying out technology lessons on their own.

This project is expected to be continued in autumm 2018.
