Indien: Soft Skills-Training für Pharma-Industrie

Indische Pharma-Referenten sollen ihre Ergebnisse verbessern. Mit diesem Ziel starten der Pharma-Veranstalter CPhI India, das Dale Carnegies Institute und das Australian Institute of Management, Western Australia (WA AIM) im August 2013 ein entsprechendes Soft Skills-Programm.

 

CPhI India launches soft skills training for pharma industry

 

Aimed at giving pharma professionals an opportunity to improve their performance for delivery of steady and profitable results, CPhI India, Dale Carnegie's Institute and Australian Institute of Management, Western Australia (AIM WA) will conduct soft skills programme in the month of August 2013.

An exclusive curtain raiser networking event was held for the same on July 3, 2013 in Mumbai, where more than 50 senior professionals from the pharmaceutical industry were present.

Niyoti Trivedi, project director, CPhI India Conferences said, "The new training initiative will deliver customised courses to the pharmaceutical community with the objective to ensure that the modules and courses aid the training needs of pharma companies."

A pharma professional who attended the event said, "The gap to fill the training need through delving in areas of people side of process improvement, contract relationship management and train the trainer programmes has rendered the initiative a practical and timely approach."

Ujjaval K Buch from AIMWA (Australian Institute of Management) who unveiled the key course details of the new training Soft Skills series said, "It is a privilege to interact with the heads of the pharmaceutical Industry and highlight the importance of soft skills to them."

In the discussion that followed Buch's speech, everybody agreed that finding the right training and trainer for the teams in any corporate environment is the need of the hour, particularly because you need to demonstrate return on training investment, whilst also trying to balance the pressure to meet training needs and retain talented people. Joshua J, National Training & Development Manager, Sanofi India said, "Finding the right training for the trainers is a challenge which can be addressed with this kind of training programme."

Specifically designed and customised for the pharma professionals, each course is limited to only 20 attendees in order to ensure maximum interaction and an enhanced learning experience. Comprising of three distinctive courses - Train the Trainer, The People Side of Process Improvement and Contract Relationship Management, the same will be held in Mumbai from August 28 to 30, 2013, in Hyderabad from September 11 to 13, 2013 and in Ahmedabad from September 25 to 27, 2013 respectively.

The Train the Trainer and The People Side of Process Improvement courses will be led by Dale Carnegie's Certified Trainers who are considered to be amongst the best in the world.

Professionals from Cipla Ltd, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited, Concept Pharmaceuticals and Shilpa Medicare Ltd among others attended the event.
