National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) International, LM Care AG (Subsidiary of SM Care Solutions GmbH) and Aartees Education are thrilled to announce a strategic partnership aimed at addressing the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals, particularly Indian Registered Nurses, in Germany. The organizations have signed a ground-breaking agreement that will streamline the process of sourcing, German language training, and deploying qualified nurses to support the healthcare sector in Germany. This stands as one of India's major initiatives, with 3,250 nurses will be mobilized to Germany next couple of years.

Under this partnership, NSDC International will leverage its vast network and expertise in skill development to identify and train talented Indian Registered Nurses, preparing them for successful careers in the German healthcare system. NSDC International aims to mobilize 250 candidates to achieve B2 proficiency in German by the end of 2025 and will annually recruit 1,000 registered nurses starting in 2026, training them to pass all four modules of the B2 German language proficiency certificate.
LMcare AG – Subsidiary of SM Care Solutions GmbH - A specialized healthcare service provider in Germany, will facilitate the placement of these nurses in hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the country, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the local workforce. Under this agreement, Aartees Education will manage all aspects of deployment documentation, preparation, and support for candidates from India.
This collaboration marks a significant step towards addressing the shortage of healthcare professionals and enhancing the quality of care for patients in Germany. By harnessing the potential of skilled Indian Registered Nurses, NSDC International, LMcare AG, and Aartees Education are committed to strengthening healthcare systems and promoting cross-border cooperation in the field of healthcare.
