Partners wanted for distribution of online-course for in-company trainers according to German AEVO standard (English, Chinese)

Planned project

Together with our partner AEVO Akademie GmbH (https://www.aevoakademie.de/), we are planning to offer an online course for in-company trainers (Ausbilder) in English and Chinese. It is based on the AEVO standard, which is a mandatory qualification for in-company trainers in Germany. The German version of the course has been sold more than 10,000 times since 2020.

Selling points:

1. Training people is a management/leadership skill
2. AEVO examination is one of the largest leadership development programmes worldwide (80,000 exams per year)
3. German in-company trainers enable efficient onboarding and on-the-job training
4. Skilled staff seeks qualifications to enhance job prospects

About the company

Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e.V. (short: BIWE) is the education and training organisation of employers from Germany's south-western state of Baden-Württenberg. Since its foundation in 1971, the training institution has been a long-term and reliable partner for companies and their associations, for schools and universities, as well as for politics and administration.
