Searching for German VET enterprises to provide further training and exchange in Germany for selected skilled workers from Shenzhen

Highly talented skilled workers are selected by Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources. They can go abroad to participate in training or exchange for 3-10 days and apply for funding of max. CNY 80,000. They can choose a programme and sign up through the Center. The Center summarises registrations and sends it to VET-enterprises. The attendees pay fees including meal, transportation and accommodation costs directly to the VET enterprises.
Each programme will have around 20 participants. After completing the programme, the participants apply to the Centre for reimbursement of their expenses. They purchase their own air tickets and also apply for reimbursement.
About the company
The Shenzhen Vocational Skills Training and Guidance Centre was established in November 2005 as an institution directly under the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.
The main functions of the Centre include formulating and implementing operational standards and guidelines to support the city's vocational skills training policy, organising and conducting research and application promotion of new occupations and training technologies, managing the public training bases for highly skilled personnel, etc.

Notification documents
- The organiser issues a registration form, invitation letter, notification, schedule and other relevant documents.
- The invitation letter or notification should contain theme, location and time of the training/exchange in Chinese.
- The detailed programme should be included in the document. It should include the time, place, content and speaker of the training/exchange from departure to the return trip.
Partners should provide a training transcript and a certificate of completion or participation etc.
